It is no easy task to transform an empty venue into a multi layered product showcase like the IBM Think conference.
D22 worked tirelessly to exceed GPJ and IBM’s expectations, but here at D22 we love to tackle jobs like these and create amazing show spaces.
Working with GPJ Australia on the IBM Think conference, D22 successfully transformed the sparse empty venues of The Cloud and Shed 10 into a segmented expo style conference.
UNIQUE SPACES
It was key that there were multiple presentation spaces across the two venues. Thoughtful layout and partitions facilitated this need.
Bespoke centre pieces were built to highlight key areas. Using machine cutting D22 branded the stage and created a huge 3d puzzle style brain which was elevated in the centre of the cloud.
The unique centre pieces helped to divide the space by relating to different unique capabilites of the Watson software.
As an all-encompassing job, D22 managed key production partners to install display screens, furniture and lighting.
Working with GPJ Australia we ensured that the foreign agency was able to comfortably organise their event in New Zealand by utilising D22s knowledge of the venue and local production suppliers.
